HardHat strengthens its team

HardHat continues to grow by welcoming two more senior staff – Alan Laing and Christele Guibout. As Account Director, Alan brings to the team senior public affairs expertise gained in the public and private sectors, while Christele joins the team as Business Development Manager with a track record of working with some of the major players in the industry.

Innovation Awards

Barratt East London’s St. Andrews development was highly commended at this year’s Housebuilder Innovation Awards 2009 in the Community award category.  HardHat worked on the pre and post community consultation for this landmark regeneration scheme. The judges said that Barratt East London had involved the community 'in many impressive ways' and singled out the sponsorship of the UK Bangladeshi football team, whose players live on the site. HardHat strengthens its planning team

HardHat Communications has strengthened its planning team with the arrival of Max Camplin, former Account Director at Local Dialogue Stakeholder Communications. Prior to that he was the Political Advisor to the Leader of Kingston Borough Council. Max has worked with public and private sector clients on a range of large and small-scale strategic projects in London and the south-east.

Project Management System now live
Our Project Management System is now live, enabling clients to download documents and make comments online as opposed to via email.  The PMS also includes an ftp site and photo library.

Dalston Square art exhibition
HardHat Communications organised an art exhibition showing work from Construction Artist Alexandra Blum from the Barratt Homes development in Dalston.
